MASSAGES: I understand that should I cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or “no show” an appointment, I am subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the massage. This fee is monetary and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. 

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.  If your card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.
